What does enabling a recurring marketing program authorize?
It authorizes recurring public source articles based on the facts and call to action you approve, followed by AI campaign adaptation. It is not a separate approval request for every article. Social sharing still needs a configured provider, your authorized account, and automatic posting enabled. The program page shows blockers, run states, and available receipts.
What happens when I pause a program?
Future program runs stop. Already published articles and delivered external posts remain. Review existing run and channel states to understand what has already happened; pausing does not retract published content.
Can a learning path include paid lessons?
Yes. Public and member-only articles can share an ordered learning path. Draft articles are hidden, and each paid lesson keeps the publication’s membership access checks. A learning path organizes articles; it does not add quizzes, certificates, or automatic learner assessment.
I cannot sign in. What should I try?
Use the sign-in method linked to your account. For a password account, use the password reset page. Email sign-in links are single-use and expire; request a new link if one no longer works.
Why hasn’t my newsletter sent?
Check that the article is published, marked for newsletter delivery, and has confirmed subscribers. If it is scheduled, confirm the scheduled time. Sending is processed in the background and depends on configured email delivery.
Why is a social connection unavailable?
Check the integration directory and your Connections page. A configured provider still needs your authorized account and valid permissions. Expired or revoked access may require reconnection.
Why is my paid article still locked?
Use the confirmed reader email associated with your membership. Access follows verified payment state, so a checkout redirect alone does not grant access. Manage the subscription from the publication’s reader billing controls.
Can I bring an existing subscriber list?
Writer Pro includes a CSV subscriber import with a preview, the writer’s attestation of existing permission, and audit receipts. Existing unsubscribe and paid states are preserved. Eligible imported subscribers do not receive a new confirmation email. It does not automatically move your articles, provider billing subscriptions, or domain redirects. Review the migration checklist before you begin.
