Acceptable use

Use Publish Haven to publish and deliver material you are entitled to share. Do not use it for fraud, impersonation, malware, deceptive offers or attempts to obtain another person’s account credentials. Describe paid products accurately and identify sponsorships or affiliate placements so readers can understand the commercial relationship.

Only send newsletter editions to readers with a valid subscription or permission record. Honor unsubscribes, suppression lists, bounces and complaints. Do not resubscribe someone through an import or another workflow after they have opted out. Do not treat a guessed, scraped or technically reachable address as newsletter consent.

Business contact research and one-time invitations are a separate workflow. Country rules, source permissions and provider terms must be reviewed before unsolicited business invitations are enabled. A technical address check does not establish permission to send. The platform can hold or pause invitation delivery when its requirements are not met.

Use optional AI and image tools with the required processing notice and consent. Portrait features require the adult subject’s permission and the portrait launch review. Do not upload another person’s likeness or request a misleading identity representation. Report content or account misuse through the support workflow.
