Open welcome settings
From Growth, open welcome emails. The welcome messages begin paused.
Edit the sequence
Write the subject, body and delay for each message. Give the reader something useful.
Review the messages
Read each saved subject, message and delay. Check the links, sender identity and unsubscribe behavior before enabling.
Enable and monitor
Turn on the reviewed messages and check their delivery status. Pause the rule when you need to change the sequence.

Check before you continue
Preview the messages before enabling. Imports and email signup do not authorize messages to opted-out readers.
If a step is unavailable
Check the plan and feature status shown in your workspace. “Not released yet” or “Setup on hold” needs platform work. “Connect” or “One step left” links to an action you can take. A pending scan, send or payment must finish before its result is available.
If the result still does not appear, contact support@publishhaven.com with the service name and the visible message. Keep private reading links, passwords and payment details out of the message.
