From idea to first publication

1. Choose a clear topic

Write one sentence about what readers will learn from your publication. A focused promise makes it easier to find the right audience.

2. Create your space

Create a writer account, confirm your email, and open Studio. Give your publication a short name and a readable address.

3. Draft your first article

Start with an introduction: who you are, what the series explores, and why it matters now. Use short paragraphs, descriptive headings, links to sources, and examples readers can try.

4. Preview and publish

Check the formatted preview. Give the article a useful summary, choose public or member access, and publish. Its permanent URL is ready to share.

5. Invite readers back

Share the link or image from your sharing toolkit. Once email delivery is enabled for your publication, subscribers can receive future issues. Reply to comments and update the guide as you learn.
